Note: Our order cutoff is based on Pacific Standard Time (GMT-08:00). Delivery may take longer during holidays, high-demand seasons, or promotional periods.
We work with major carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. Your total delivery time reflects both processing and shipping durations.

- For unexpected delays, contact us - we respond within 12 hours.
Missing or Undelivered Packages
If tracking indicates delivery but you haven’t received the item:

Address Errors
- We cannot guarantee delivery for orders with incorrect shipping addresses.
