Order Changes & Exchanges
Please double-check all order details - such as size, design, and quantity - before completing your purchase. Due to our streamlined fulfillment process, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for mistakes like incorrect item type, size, or shipping address.
If you spot an error, you have up to 6 hours after placing your order to cancel and place a new one. For any questions before placing your order, feel free to reach out to us. We’re here to help and prioritize your satisfaction.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 6 hours of placement. After that, your order may already be in the processing or shipping stage. A cancellation fee of 10% of your total order value will apply.

Return Period
Returns are accepted within 30 days from the delivery date. Orders past this period are considered final and are not eligible for refunds.
Return Eligibility
You may return items if:
- The item arrived damaged or broken
- You received a different design than ordered
- The size or material is incorrect
- You received the wrong item
- The product does not match the description
Condition for Returned Items
Returned products must:
- Be unused, unwashed, and unaltered
- Include original packaging and tags
- Have issues that are due to our error
Minor imperfections, such as loose threads, are not considered defects.
Required for Refund Requests

- A copy of your shipping label or receipt
- Proof of purchase
- Clear evidence of the issue

Return Shipping Fees
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and are not reimbursed.
Refund Timing
Once we receive and verify your returned item, please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to be processed. You’ll be notified via email, and a full refund, including any original shipping charges, will be issued.
